She has always loved travelling, and has a keen ability to appreciate and absorb the unique qualities offered by each and every country and its people, seeking deep understanding of others through human contact as well as through history, customs, practices, and above all through folklore and language. All of these qualities prompted her to make a radical career change and take up work as a Tourist Guide, in the hope that she would thus be able to transmit to others the pleasure of experiencing travel through the art, history and culture of Italy in general, and of the Cremona area in particular. This is an area which has yet to gain the recognition it deserves, still too little appreciated and promoted, being so rich in art, history, folklore and good food. A corner of Italy which will surprise and delight you!
Happy to have yet another chance to get to know new people and countries, Giulia additionally offers private online lessons in Italian using Skype video conferencing to foreigners looking to learn her language - or simply to improve their knowledge of it. This system is simple and fun and allows you to learn foreign languages effectively and at a reasonable rate from the comfort of your home.
Finally Giulia is available as a multilingual assistant and interpreter at trade events in Cremona and nearby areas. |
